Esri GIS Campus Day, Göttingen, 19-20 April 2018
The Institute of Geography and the company Esri Deutschland GmbH is inviting to the Esri GIS-Campus day on Thursday and Friday 19-20 April 2018 at the Faculty of Geosciences and Geography (room MN09; map), Goldschmidstr. 5, 37077 Göttingen.
Attending the Campus Day is free of charge but for organisational reasons please register here by 31 March 2018.
Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are used in research and teaching at the Göttingen University far beyond the classical “spacial-related” disciplines. The GIS Campus Day aims to bring together interested people and users within the university and to offer students and teachers a platform for interdisciplinary knowledge exchange about the use of software in spatial-related matters.
The two-day program consists of application-related lectures on the use of GIS at the Göttingen University (Thursday) as well as two workshops on new (Arc)GIS technologies (Friday). Please find a full programm of the Esri GIS Campus Day here.
