GAUSS Career Workshop: “Fundamentals of Project Management”, 10-11 Sept 2018
This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to project management. It is aimed at postdoctoral researchers who would like to add project management to their skillset und apply the principles to their own research.

- Brief Description: This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to project management and will not only provide an overview of the theory and principles of traditional and agile project management, but also teach participants to apply these principles to their research projects during the course. While the workshop will introduce participants to various tools it will focus on simple pragmatic approaches that can be implemented without having to buy and/or learn a software do not require a long set up time and can be adjusted easily. Please be aware that you can only attend this workshop if you either already participated in Nadine’s Fundamentals PM Course or if you also register (and attend) the Fundamentals course on 10-11 Sept 2018.
