The university’s career service cordially invites all PhD students to this event with HR consultant Wolfgang Leybold. In this interactive lecture he will share insights on what recruiters look for during the hiring process by changing your perspective to that of a recruiter. You will then learn how to understand your skill set as your “product” that helps you to stand out of the crowd and to develop your very own communication and application strategies by highlighting skills which you have acquired during your university career.
