The GAUSS Career Service is happy to announce the second Career Impulse Session in 2019 titled “Guiding pharma R&D through its biggest disruption at the interface of business and technolog” with Dr. Magdalena Wienken from Accenture.
Magdalena Wienken studied molecular medicine at the University Medical Center Göttingen and did her PhD in the Institute of Molecular Oncology (supervised by Prof. Matthias Dobbelstein).She got hooked by a similar career impulse session on consulting and aimed for a consulting career for two reasons: 1) Obtain a broader understanding of the lifescience industry, its current business challenges and future trends, 2) Receive a steep learning curve, working for senior executives in different Pharma companies within in short project cycles and at the intersection of business and technology.

She delivers her own projects for the top Pharma companies and works as key expert for Pharma R&D with a focus on data and analytics powered strategies.
