Workshop “Self-defense and Self-assertion for women” (18-19 May 2019)
Participants will learn simple and effective techniques for self-protection that will enable them to immediately defend themselves in an assault situation. For this purpose attendees will be taught punches, kicks, freeing oneself from an opponent’s hold and other defense techniques.
Another focus will lie on training verbal and physical behaviour patterns that can be used to counter any kind of unwelcome advances, harassment and assault. The course aims to convey confident manner and how to reject transgressions decisively and self-assuredly.
