Short Workshop “Fair pay – rich, beautiful and happy? The best salary strategies for job starters” on 20 Nov 2018
This workshop on pay equity and salary strategies will provide you with different ways how to talk about money when you are a job starter. The workshop is held in German only by the Fair Pay Innovation Lab in cooperation with the Student and Academic Services as well as the the Southern Lower Saxony Innovation Campus (SNIC).
How important is a decent wage for you? What is for you fair pay? And what has the first salary to do with your career and your work-life balance?
Find out how it can be fairer in the workplace and why it is so important to talk about money, so that in the future everyone has the same opportunities, regardless of gender and family situation. The financial expert Henrike von Platen gives valuable impulses on how to succeed in setting the right course right from the start.
