Partial evacuation in Göttingen due to bomb disposal on Jan 30, 2021
Due to the suspicion of a bomb in Godehardstraße in Göttingen, all residents within a radius of 1,000 meters of the bomb site must leave their homes on Saturday, Jan 30, 2021. Those affected are called upon to organize accommodation for the day of the defusing – in a private environment or in a hotel, for example. The Corona restrictions are loosened for this period. Two housholds can stay together with more than a single person. Anyone who needs assistance should call the city’s citizens’ hotline on 0551 400 4048 as soon as possible.
