Workshop “ERC&EIC – Sharing experiences: Transforming research results into innovation” (30 Nov 2022, online)
FFG, Kowi and Euresearch, supporting the D-A-CH community, cordially invite to an online exchange on first experiences with the new possibilities of transferring results from basic research projects with help of the ERC Proof of Concept, EIC Pathfinder and Transition programmes in Horizon Europe (in English).

Horizon Europe offers novel or adapted funding instruments to support the translation of research results into new products or services. This event will put these schemes (ERC Proof of Concept, EIC Pathfinder and Transition Instrument) into the spotlight and discuss insights by applicants, implementing agencies and evaluators.
Speakers from the Executive Agencies (ERCEA and EISMEA) will provide a general overview on these programmes. The core of the event will be a discussion with EIC Transition and Pathfinder beneficiaries, sharing also insights from the evaluator’s perspective.
The online event is designed in particular for the following target groups:
- ERC Grantees, including ERC Proof of Concept Grantees, who conduct application-oriented research or are interested in research transfer
- EIC Pathfinder applicants and beneficiaries
- EIC Transition Instrument applicants and beneficiaries
- Members of Tech Transfer Offices (TTOs)
- Research managers and administrators at institutions in German-speaking countries
