The Workshop for international and German students by interpool personal GmbH, provides you with direct insight into different selection processes in an international environment – inside as well as outside of your home country. By practicing a live interview simulation and a part of an Assessment Center you gain a deepened understanding of the different recruitment elements and learn about cultural differences and similarities in selection processes.
