BUND research award (apply until 15 Jan 2023)
For the seventh time, BUND is offering a prize to be awarded for research on sustainable development. The aim is to strengthen this topic and increase public awareness of scientific achievements in this field.
With this prize, BUND wants to recognize outstanding achievements and contribute overall to a stronger orientation of the scientific system towards the major challenges facing society. It is also intended to lay and promote valuable foundations for practical nature conservation and environmental protection activities of our association.
The prize is awarded in three categories:
- Bachelor thesis: 500 €
- Master’s thesis: 1.000 €
- Dissertation: 2.500 €
Papers from all disciplines that have been completed and evaluated in 2022 and have received a minimum grade of 2.0 / cum laude may be submitted. Interdisciplinary work that can be related to the activities of BUND is particularly welcome. All papers written at a German university or research institution in German or English will be considered.
