Discover – leadership training through arts (deadline 31 Jul 2023)

The “Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft”, in cooperation with the Karl Schlecht Stiftung (KSG), is continuing the workshop program “DISCOVER – leadership training through arts” for the fifth year.

Over a total of four days, “DISCOVER – leadership training through arts” offers the active penetration of artistic work processes and techniques for the inspiration for everyday professional leadership in companies. In cooperation with renowned artists, cultural institutions and management consultants, you will complete a series of interactive workshops in a group. You get to know artistic thought and work processes in front of and behind the scenes, test your creativity and gain exciting new perspectives on your own understanding of leadership. The workshops build on each other and deal with topics such as “creative writing”, “art in digital spaces”, “theatre”, “music” and train attentive perception. The module “Culture and Management” encourages the transfer of what has been learned into one’s own management practice.

Participation in the programme is free of charge thanks to KSG funding.

Dates

Day 1 – 2: 15 & 16 September 2023 in Berlin
Day 3 – 4: 29 & 30 September 2023 in Berlin
