German language courses in the summer term 2021, registration 12-17 April
From 12 – 17 April 2021 you can register for GERMAN LANGUAGE COURSES.
The evening classes (level A1 to C1) with a duration of 2x 1,5 hours per week will run from 19 April – 15 July 2021. Please check carefully for scheduling conflicts. In case you have registered but need to cancel on short notice, you can still do so before the end of the registration period.
Please note that you might be asked to switch the course after the first session in case a different level seems to be more suitable for you.
The complete list of German language courses scheduled for the summer semester 2021 will be provided on the website of the Lektorat Deutsch als Fremdsprache (DaF) soon. You can register for all German language courses offered by the Lektorat DaF, but these courses are reserved specifically for PhD students from GAUSS and GGNB:

Registration process:
- As a newcomer, you are required to take an online placement test: https://www.uni-goettingen.de/en/596232.html
- If you have already taken a German course at the Lektorat DaF, you do not need to take the placement test
- The registration for the German language course can be done via Stud-IP during the registration week (12- 17 April 2021) using your Stud.IP username and password.
- Decide which course level fits your knowledge of the German language best and choose the appropriate German course from the list
