Very short notice: Workshop “Project Management Fundamentals” from GFA has free slots
The Göttingen Graduate School of Forestry and Agriculture is offering a workshop on “Project Management Fundamentals” and has free spaces for GAUSS students.
The course is designed to provide PhD students with proven strategies and practical approaches for planning, executing, and controlling projects. It covers the project management life cycle, offering detailed and sophisticated instruction in the critical areas of team building, planning and organizing the work, scheduling key events, managing project estimates, and identifying and managing risks.
