30. European Students‘ Conference, Berlin, (25 – 18 September 2019)

The organising team is delighted to announce this year’s European Students‘ Conference (ESC) that will take place in Berlin, from 25 to 28 September. The 30th ESC edition will run under the topic Future Ageing – Today’s Research, Tomorrow’s Medicine. Each year, the conference welcomes about 400 students from over 40 countries, which makes the ESC one of the largest student-run biomedical conferences worldwide.

With renowned speakers from all around the globe, practical skills workshops and a poster contest (both the latter independent of the leading topic), you will be able to learn and expand your practical and scientific knowledge. For the jubilee edition of the ESC, the extensive social programme, where you can get to know your international peers, will be for free!

Prof. Akiko Maeda – RIKEN (Japan): Transplantation of Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-(hIPSC)-Derived Allografts in Patients with Age-Related Macular Degeneration

Registration for presenting participants (taking part in the poster contest) is opened until 15 July, for regular participants until the end of August.
