Discover – leadership training through arts, deadline 1 Aug 2022

The “Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft”, in cooperation with the Karl Schlecht Stiftung (KSG) 2022, is continuing the workshop program “DISCOVER – leadership training through arts” for the fourth year.

Over a total of four days, “DISCOVER – leadership training through arts” offers the active penetration of artistic work processes and techniques to inspire everyday professional leadership in companies. In cooperation with renowned artists, cultural institutions and management consultants, you will complete a series of interactive workshops in a group. You will learn about artistic thought and work processes in front of and behind the scenes, test your creativity and get the opportunity to gain exciting new perspectives on your own understanding of leadership. The workshops build on each other in terms of content, covering topics such as “creative writing,” “art in digital spaces,” “theater,” “music,” and training attentive perception. The module “Culture and Management” encourages the transfer of what has been learned into the participants’ own management practice.

Participation in the program is free of charge.

Dates

Day 1 – 2: September 16 and 17, 2022 in Berlin
Day 3 – 4: September 30 to October 1, 2022 in Berlin

The program consists of four workshop days spaced several weeks apart. Please note that the dates are subject to current developments, as the health of all participants is the top priority. Full participation in all four days is mandatory.
