Save-the-date and Call for Registrations: 19th Horizons in Molecular Biology with Career Fair, 12-15 Sept 2022

Dear friends of Horizons,

The 19th Horizons in Molecular Biology PhD student symposium, organized by students of the Molecular Biology Program / International Max Planck Research School at the University of Göttingen, will take place this year from 12th to 15th of September, 2022 (see poster below). The event will take place in person at MPI-NAT Göttingen, Faßberg campus.

Also this year the conference will host a career fair. For the 16th Career Fair, we happily announce talks by Chiara Pastore from Springer Nature Nanotechnology, Claudia Walther from Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds, Oliver Rinner from Biognosys, and many more.

For our plenary lectures, we will be joined by Azim Surani, Shiv Pillai, Tom Rapoport, Tyler Jacks, Olivier Duss, and many other great scientists

James Rothman, Nobel Laureate in Physiology and Medicine in 2013, will be the keynote lecturer of this year’s conference.

As every year, we will continue to host poster sessions and student award talks where young scientists get the chance to share their research with their peers.

Registration is now officially open. If you are interested in joining, please sign-up on our webpage: https://www.horizons-molbio.de/

We will regularly update our web page with new information as we are still working on some details. If you have any questions, please check out the FAQ or feel free to contact us.
