“Teams & Leadership” seminar in May has open positions
Are you interested in getting to know more about leadership and the work in teams?
Leadership is a lot more than a formal leadership position. It starts with good communication, empathy, motivation, resilience, convincing presentation, clear goals and signals.
The course on “Teams & Leadership” by the trainer Alexander Schiller still has some remaining slots open. It will take place next week (16.05. – 18.05.) at the Max Planck Institute for Solar Systems Research.
The aim of this course it to provide Ph.D. students with an opportunity to build their understanding, skills and confidence in leadership, team performance, and communication with their supervisors, their colleagues and peers
