“Advantageous use of patent knowledge” Workshop (27 Feb 2019)
Are you a researcher or planning to start a business? This workshop will show you how you can use patent knowledge for innovative research projects or in the context of start-ups, also in connection with planning and applying for research or start-up projects. You will get an overview of the potential of dealing with patents and can use your own examples to deal with the “state of the art”. Depending on previous knowledge, the individual parts of the workshop can also be visited individually. The workshop will be conducted in cooperation with MBM Science Bridge GmbH and will be held in German.
Procedure:
13:00: Basic information on technical property rights and “Arbeitnehmererfinderecht”
14:30: “State of the art”: Patent search, e.g. in the run-up to project applications
16:00: Patent search: state of the art in individual cases (workshop)
