6th Heidelberg Forum for Young Life Scientists (HFYLS) (6-7 June 2019)
HFYLS is a scientific meeting organized by PhD students from Heidelberg and Mannheim, Germany. The aim is to bring together young life scientists from diverse backgrounds for an international two-day conference. Located at the beautiful city of Heidelberg with its long history of scientific endeavors, the meeting will foster interdisciplinary and collaborative exchange on emerging research topics.
The next conference will be held on 6-7th June 2019 at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) Heidelberg, Germany. Leading scientists and young researchers will present their work and share their expertise in the following life-science related research areas: “Molecules and Matter”, “Sorting, Sequencing and Single Cells”, “Observing Organisms”, and “Patients and Populations”. The organisers are now inviting registration and abstract submission for poster sessions and short talks on the above-mentioned subtopics. Moreover, travel grants will be awarded to selected graduate students who present their own research in a short talk during the conference.

Application deadline for travel grants: 31st March, 2019 (with talk abstract only)
Abstract submission will remain open until 30th April 2019.
