ENLIGHT online workshop: “Academic Careers – The Fun and the Obligations” (14 Jun 2023)
On 14 June 2023, from 14:00 – 15:30 CET, the University of Groningen offers a digital workshop titled ‘Academic Careers – The Fun and the Obligations’.
To pursue an academic career, your motivation and ambitions and the expectations of ‘external parties’ that matter should be in sync.
The workshop is held by Professor Ingrid Molema from the University of Groningen, who has a a very diverse academic career and is passionate about the talent development of early career researchers. In collaboration with the dean of the University of Groningen Graduate Schools, she was responsible for designing and developing the new ‘Career Perspectives Series for PhD students. In this online workshop, Professor Molema will take you on a tour that travels via ‘you’ to ’them’, and next reveals some essentials regarding the ’what’ and the ‘how’.
